Joined the Company as Director in 1999; Age: 57 President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since April 1999; Vice President, Finance from August 1993 to April 1999; Secretary Treasurer of the Corporation from May 1994 to April 1999; and an employee of the Corporation since October 1992. Mr. Hampton served as a Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army, for more than five years prior to joining the Corporation. |
